Future

A little bit about the Program Coordinator…

Hi my name is Kristen and I am the Raise the Grade Program Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Thunder Bay. I am a teacher and I love learning! I have been teaching for 15 years and have been fortunate to live throughout Northwestern Ontario. In addition to working at both Lakehead University and Confederation College, I have taught students in grades 9-12 across Thunder Bay and have made many connections to the programs and courses offered in both high school and at the post-secondary level. My passion is art… I went to university to become an artist. Being an artist has given me the opportunity to take ideas and my love for learning and create something beautiful that brings joy to others. I believe we all have unique strengths that we can use to become confident, successful individuals.

Thank you to our volunteers from RBC & Frontier College
