RAMPRIDERS

Well the 2009 sk8ing season is here and as usual Im late getting my act together. Better late than never right? Now that were all repaired from our untimely collision with a Nissan Maxima (thanks Smiths RV and Tractor Trailer Service) we can get on with the boarding. Just a couple of things to start the year;

         Bill, Dave, Indy and Travis are back for another summer. Everyone is certified as an instructor and we can get you off on the right foot. Trav can supply the expertise to more advanced boarders.

                      Youth Zone Skatepark is offering lessons and clinics at their indoor park. Their instructors are awesome and can offer somewhat more comprehensive classes every Monday and Friday. They also have several clinics coming up check out their website at www.thunderbay.ca/youthzone.

                      If you havent yet, then CHECK OUT THE PLAZA ALREADY! No words can describe it. The pool turned out awesome!

                      We will be carrying inflatables to most of our stops (including our new 26 foot high climbing wall now and again).

                      July 15th thru 17th - At Schreiber Heritage Days the Bell Childrens Area will include RAMPRIDERS as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Thunder Bay inflatables. We will be returning to the fungrounds downtown.

                      The Kakabeka Street Fair is back on the sched for August 16th but be nice to the staff - we will be in Atikokan all day on the 15th at the KidSport Funzone and the guys may be cranky.

Augusts schedule is below. Check here often for schedule updates.

Parents Testimonial:

My son, Patrice, is an eager and excited participant with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Thunder Bay Ramp Riders Sk8 Park. This is his second summer using Ramp Riders and his smile and enthusiasm grows with each visit. What makes Ramp Riders successful is the work of Bill & Dave. They are committed to providing a safe and fun experience for all kids in a supervised environment. Patrice's skills as a skate boarder and as a young person are growing each visit and I attribute this directly to the program. Patrice is able to skate board with kids his own and feels comfortable at Ramp Riders.

I wholeheartedly encourage all parents to bring out their kids to Ramp Riders Mobile Sk8 Park to experience the wonderful growing sport of skate boarding.

Sincerely

Maurice Poulin (Father of Patrice, Age 7)
